Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United States.

Zorlam offers free standard shipping across the USA.

Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other trusted shipping partners depending on the delivery address, item size, order details, and carrier availability.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are usually reviewed and begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays are usually processed on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Estimated standard delivery time is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery address and carrier service.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after dispatch. Please allow a short time for the tracking status to update after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Zorlam is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it is missing, please contact us promptly at support@zorlam.com with your order number and photos where available.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, unless a longer period is required by applicable law or is expressly stated on the website.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals where applicable. Proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or confirmation email, is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds may be refused for items that are not eligible, including where applicable:

Used, damaged, or altered items not caused by us
Items returned after the applicable return window
Personalized or custom-made items
Perishable goods
Digital products after access or delivery where applicable
Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
Gift cards
Final sale items where clearly marked and permitted by law
Any other items clearly marked as non-returnable where permitted by law

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email support@zorlam.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send any item back without authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, size, style, or variation, please contact us first. If eligible, you may return the original item under this policy and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@zorlam.com with your order number and clear photos where available.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another remedy required by law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order unless otherwise required or agreed.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, the return process will apply after delivery, subject to this policy and applicable law.
